His law practice areas include estate planning and administration, charitable planning and family business and succession planning. He has taught at the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) seminars and has been a moderator with the IICLE Estate Planning Short Course. Kimberly S. Coogan has been practicing in the areas of estate planning and administration, charitable planning, business organizations, business succession planning, and real estate since 1993 and had practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for several years prior to that. Her background as a CPA supplements her legal knowledge in providing advice to clients on estate and gift tax planning, real estate and business issues.
